Star Tech NG Plc is a principal investor and Asset Manager that invests in private companies defining and leading global megatrends. We use our own capital to invest in companies at the scale-up stage and later pre-IPO stage. We source investment opportunities predominantly in the USA but can invest elesewhere.
Star Tech NG Plc co-owns MVP Star Tech NG Asset Management Ltd which is the investment advisor to the Guernsey-licensed MVP Star Tech NG Fund.

Ian has a broad 30-year career spanning a main board role as Investment Director for an AIM-quoted technology investment company, financial and general management roles with private equity-backed businesses, multi-national backed start-ups and a high profile family-owned company plus a strategic advisory engagement for a national government in the Gulf.
As head of corporate M&A for Blenheim Exhibitions Group plc during its growth in value from £50m to £250m, Ian completed some 40 acquisitions and associated financings in the 2 years and led the group’s move from the USM to the LSE Main Market. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co., London after graduating from the University of Exeter with a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Science having a National Engineering Scholarship and sponsorship from Dunlop.
Malcolm is a serial financial markets entrepreneur who began his career in the City as an equities analyst with a leading firm of stockbrokers, later becoming an investment columnist with “The Financial Times” and “The Telegraph”, also writing for several other publications such as the “FT Fund Manager”. Currently he is founder chairman of Golden Prospect an investment trust which was spun out of Ambrian Capital PLC, a stockbroker Malcolm built and sold in 2007, and director of several venture companies and funds including Star Tech NG PLC and JP Jenkins Ltd. He is regulated by the FCA.
Veronika has an investors relations and corporate development background with technology, corporate finance and asset management companies. This experience has been gained in both the public and private company sectors.
Veronika has also invested, developed and managed real estate portfolios from which profitable exists were achieved.
She will augment Startech’s research and investment capabilities and liaise with shareholders, the wider investment community and the financial media.
